Return and Exchange Policy

At Blu Murray we desire to ensure impeccable service to our customers. If there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know, and we will work to solve it immediately. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Blu Murray reserves the right to refuse the return.

In order to make a return/exchange, please use the return/exchange form that is included in the original shipment of your order. Email our customer service for a return label, print this label out, stick it on the box and hand the package over to the post office.
Please note to include all the original packaging materials with your exchange package.
  • All products must be returned within 14 days from order date.
  • All products must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged for another item within 7 days of original purchase, but cannot be refunded.
  • Full-priced merchandise purchased using promotional discounts does not qualify as "sale" merchandise, and may be returned within the 14-day return window.
  • You can only exchange your item(s) for another size through the return/exchange form. If you want to exchange for another product, you should return the item(s) and place a new order on the website.
  • In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service, and we will work to solve the issue immediately.
  • Returns costs are on your own.
  • Reshipment of items are free of charge.

Please note that our return and exchange policy only applies to items purchased at and Blu Murray events sold by Blu Murray representatives. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through a third-party vendor must be completed through that vendor.
